We have Security Officers on duty 24 hours a day.  Do not hesitate to inform Number “1” Service should you notice anything suspicious.

 
FIRE SAFETY

Please do take a few minutes to read through the following safety points.  You can respond better if you know in advance what to do in event of an emergency. 

 
UPON CHECKING INTO YOUR ROOM
  • Locate where the exits are on your floor.
  • Locate where the fire extinguishers are. This can be found mounted on the back of door in your room.
 
IN EVENT OF FIRE
  • Stay calm……don’t panic
  • Phone the hotel management for help. Touch “1” for the telephone operator
  • Use the nearest fire extinguisher to put out the fire if it is within control.
  • Pack your belongings if possible. Evacuate the building. Time is precious, so save your life first.
 
IF YOU ARE TRAPPED IN YOUR ROOM

Stay calm. Take the following precautions:

  • Stuff wet cloths under the door. Wet towels, sheets or blankets can prevent the smoke from emitting through the crack under your door
  • Fill your wash basin and or bathtub with water so you can quickly re-moisten the wet cloths to keep out the smoke
  • Touch “0” and tell the telephone operator your location.

The normal check-in time is on 02:00 pm. Should you need to make early check-in, please make a confirmation first to our Reservation.

Check-out Time

Normal check-out time is at 12:00 noon. If you need to check-out until 3 pm, we will charge you extra 25% from your room price, check-out after 3 pm until 6 pm will get 50% additional charge and after 6 pm will be 100%. However, it could not be carried out when the room has been reserved by others before.

ANDAI ANDA TERPERANGKAP DI DALAM KAMAR

  • Ikuti tindakan pencegahan berikut:
  • Sumpalkan celah bawah pintu dengan kain basah. Handuk, seprei, atau selimut basah dapat menghalangi asap yang bisa masuk dari celah pintu bawah pintu
  • Isi wastafel dan atau bak mandi dengan air agar Anda dapat dengan cepat membasahi lagi kain untuk menghalangi asap
  • Tekan “0” dan beritahu operator di mana Anda berada.
AC (alat pengatur suhu ruangan)

Alat pengatur suhu ruangan disediakan berupa AC split yang bisa diatur sendiri besar-kecilnya menggunakan remote conrol. Untuk alasan hemat enerji, silahkan matikan AC saat Anda merasa tidak membutuhkannya.

Kami menyediakan untuk Anda 2 botol air minum secara cuma-cuma setiap hari. Jika Anda menginginkan lebih, Anda bisa mengambil di mini bar. Untuk itu Anda akan dikenakan charge sesuai tarif yang kami sediakan.

Anak-anak

Untuk anak-anak usia di bawah 11 tahun yang ikut menginap dan berbagi tempat tidur bersama orang tuanya maximum 2 orang, tidak kami kenakan biaya tambahan. Sementara untuk sarapan pagi dikenakan biaya 50% untuk anak-anak usia 3 sampai 11 tahun.
